Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on facilities systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems;
Assist with grounds keeping and facility cleanups;
Support the lab in repairing and testing general lab equipment and performing calibrations;
Establish equipment maintenance and calibration procedures and create Calibration and Maintenance Plans;
Schedule equipment calibration and maintenance activities
