Position: Maintenance Technician III (Nights)

Shift Details and Role Overview

  • 10‑hour shifts (Days or Nights); alternating schedule (Mon–Thu one week; Tue–Fri the following week)
  • Nights include a 15% shift differential; schedule may move to a 2-2-3 rotation with 12‑hour shifts
What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Reliability teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Perform and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on process equipment and utilities
  • Provide technical direction to maintenance technicians and junior team members
  • Support reliability programs (spare parts strategy and equipment lifecycle management)
  • Serve as SME for maintenance in capital projects (maintainability and spare parts readiness)
  • Manage vendors/contractors (onboarding, training, performance oversight)
  • Review/approve/close work orders in CMMS; partner with planners on scheduling priorities
  • Maintain GMP‑compliant maintenance documentation and records
  • Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls; ensure Track Wise closure
  • Track maintenance compliance metrics (work order performance, safety, GMP adherence)
  • Follow SOPs and maintain safety/quality culture
Required Skills/Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years maintenance experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulated manufacturing
  • Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting process equipment/utilities
  • Mechanical systems knowledge; familiarity with electrical and control systems
  • CMMS experience
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods
  • Cleanroom work requiring gowning

  • Reliability engineering and asset lifecycle planning
  • LOTO knowledge and safe work practices
  • Hand and power tools experience
