Greystar's The Churchill in Durham, NC seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose defects, complete work orders, and prepare vacants for leasing. You will follow safety policies, manage inventory, assist with grounds and common areas, and rotate on-call duties.
EPA Type 1/2 or Universal refrigerant certs, state/local licenses, and a valid driver’s license are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
