Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on facilities systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems;
Maintain and repair furniture, small equipment, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and perform minor painting and housekeeping tasks;
Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance as needed;
Create and document equipment calibration and maintenance procedures; perform calibrations and testing of lab equipment;
Maintain equipment files, maintenance/calibration tickler files, and documentation such as Equipment Qualification and Calibration Failure/Equipment Failure reports
