The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician II to support maintenance and repair services across our properties. You will respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, prepare apartments for turnovers, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply availability.
In a fast-paced, collegiate environment, you will work with BAS, Entrata, and CMMS, monitor safety, handle life-safety systems, and uphold company SOPs and OSHA standards.
