Perform routine and emergency maintenance on high-speed automated manufacturing equipment;
Coordinate maintenance resources with Supervisors, Team Leads, and Manufacturing Leads;
Perform routine changeovers including lot changes, end of arm tooling changes, and mold changes;
Train and mentor other associates within maintenance and operations;
Troubleshoot major equipment breakdowns and perform mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance as required
