Because we are a therapeutic foster care agency, many of the youth we serve have experienced abuse, trauma and neglect.We are committed to supporting children and families through exceptional service and care. Our mission is to provide Christ-centered quality care and services dedicated to the treatment, restoration and empowerment of children, youth and families. The first goal is to prevent out-of-home placements through intervention and by focusing on the strengths of the biological family. When safety is an issue and children must be removed from their home, The Bair Foundation provides intervention and influence that promotes health and well-being in the least restrictive environment while moving toward permanency. Children are placed with foster parents based on referrals from the counties who have a contract with The Bair Foundation. |
