Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Our Residential Custodial Technicians are an integral part of the resident experience, equally as important as every person on our team. Our newly-expanded, 375+ unit luxury apartment community features four 4-story apartment buildings, a standalone Clubhouse/leasing office, and a variety of first-class outdoor amenity spaces, and this is only the beginning.

• General cleaning of the community to include vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, window washing and waste removal.
• Conduct routine community inspections, interior and exterior, as well as vacant units.
• Track upcoming apartment turnover with internal staff.
• Restock chemical, liquid and paper supplies in all common areas, restrooms, and amenities.
• Follow manufacturer recommendations on floor, furniture, and fixture maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests related to cleaning and general maintenance.
• Observe and report facility damage, security concerns and other campus issues, as necessary.

• At least one (1) year of experience in the cleaning/custodial field.
• Preferred site lead or supervisory experience.
• Preferred experience in customer service and interaction.

• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and OSHA regulations.
• Basic understanding of typical cleaning methods and best practices.
• Comfortability and experience in working with basic tools and equipment needed to complete duties.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 30 lbs. Will be on your feet and mobile frequently, both inside and outside of buildings.
