Overview
Maintenance Assistant – Hands-on problem solver invited to join a luxury senior living community. Keep the community safe, functional, and beautiful every day. Learn and grow alongside experienced maintenance leaders.
Responsibilities- Handle routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support) and safety checks.
- Support projects, painting, landscaping, and curb-appeal upkeep.
- Turn apartments efficiently and assist with urgent after-hours issues on rotation.
You bring
- Prior maintenance experience (senior living, hospitality, or property management) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with tools and mobile tech.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.
- Comfortable, cool uniforms
- Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick time (PT/FT eligibility varies)
