Pay That Rewards You For Working More

After your first week of training, your hourly rate is based on the number of hours you work each week:

• 25 hours or fewer: $21 per hour
• 26–31 hours: $23 per hour
• 32 or more hours: $26 per hour

You'll also receive:

• Weekly pay
• 100% of your client tips
• A $10 bonus for every client review rated 9 or 10

You'll work hard, but you won't be left to figure everything out on your own. We provide clear training, established cleaning procedures, and ongoing support to help you build your skills and succeed.

What Your Workday Will Look Like

You'll use your own reliable vehicle to travel to scheduled clients' homes. At each home, you'll follow Favorite Day Maid's cleaning procedures to complete tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and leaving each room orderly and welcoming. This is active, fast-paced work. You'll be on your feet, moving between rooms, carrying supplies, bending, reaching, and paying close attention to details.

Professional cleaning experience is valuable, but dependability, attitude, and willingness to follow our system are what matter most.

You Must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be available Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have your own reliable and insured vehicle
• Be willing to drive to clients' homes throughout our service area
• Have a reliable phone for schedules and work communication
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Be able to perform physically active cleaning work
• Communicate clearly and professionally
