You will ensure the safe and reliable operation of the production facility. Work as part of a team of four (4) to develop, implement, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities, including turnaround planning and mechanical work cost estimation. Further you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment, including centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors, and reciprocating compressors.

Support the Pressure Relief Device Maintenance Program, vibration data collection, and grease route execution. Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major equipment failures and support compliance-related inspections. Drive resolution of high-impact issues with urgency and integrity while making independent technical decisions and recommendations in the field. And you will participate in a rotating on-call schedule and support purchasing and inventory management of plant materials, equipment, and consumables.

Perform both office and field work, including working in various weather conditions and accessing elevated equipment using ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts, and crane baskets. Available for occasional overtime and callouts during weekends, nights, and holidays.

You have a minimum five (5) years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing pumps, compressors, manual valves, and related mechanical equipment. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems and equipment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. And you have ability to work independently and effectively participate in or lead teams. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and other standard computer software. You have ability to travel up to 10% to support other regional facilities. Associate's degree in a mechanical-related field or 10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred. Understanding of regulatory and industrial standards and codes preferred. Understanding of predictive maintenance systems, equipment, and methodologies preferred. Experience with asset management systems such as Infor EAM and Procal preferred.
