• Lead the 2nd shift maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee and perform maintenance and repair work on a variety of systems and equipment, including electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure that all maintenance activities align with overall company objectives and goals.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to maintenance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience with repair work, pneumatics, schematics, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members and other stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in the maintenance field.
• A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
• A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field or relevant certifications would be an asset.
