Maintenance Technician

Pay & Hours

Starting at $25/hour. Full Time. Days: 8am - 4:30pm. 1 week per month on call rotation.

Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, completion of daily work orders as needed).

• Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets)
• Light carpentry
• Minor plumbing
• HVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters)
• Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding)

• High School Diploma required
• Experience and knowledge of boiler and generator operation preferred
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred
