Position Description Summary/

Purpose:

This position performs routine cleaning of interior areas of all University buildings.

We have the following open positions:

Riverside Magnet School:

Full-Time

Shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Full-Time

Shift: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Essential Job Functions/

Primary Responsibilities:

* Cleans, dusts, disinfects, vacuums, sweeps, mops as appropriate all interior areas of College buildings including offices, classrooms, conference rooms and learning centers, restrooms, cafeteria, computer rooms, laboratories, libraries, lounge areas, furniture, closets and windows.

* Tasks performed are standardized.

* Conducts all work in a safe manner and follows all work safety practices.

Other Functions:

* Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation permits.

* Continues professional development and training; keeps current with trends.

* Assists other department staff as needed to promote a team effort.
