• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency; one to three years of experience in facilities/parking maintenance.
• Any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted.

• Additionally, must be able to frequently walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, lift and carry materials, work from ladders, and operate assigned equipment and vehicles in indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.

$18.19 - $25.38/hourly

• Work Schedule:
  
  Up to 25 hours per week. Primarily between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Required availability for special event weekends.
• Participation in a rotating 24/7 paid, on-call schedule.
