Complete Care | Full-Time Hourly Position
Support Multiple Skilled Nursing Centers Across New JerseyComplete Care is seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Regional Maintenance Assistant to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout Monmouth, Essex, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in keeping buildings operating safely and efficiently, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, can multitask between projects and facilities, and is willing to respond to urgent maintenance needs when necessary.

Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs on facility equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building‑related issues
- Complete general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and equipment maintenance
- Assist with facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
- Travel between facilities throughout Monmouth, Essex, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties
- Manage multiple projects and priorities across various locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work independently while collaborating with facility leadership and team members
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director or Administrator
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Maintenance, handyman, facilities, construction, or building operations experience required
- Long‑term care, healthcare, skilled nursing, or senior living experience is preferred but not required
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or trade certifications preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned facilities
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Computer proficiency preferred - Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented
- Full‑Time Hourly Position
- Primarily Day Shift Hours
- Flexible schedule required to support multiple centers
- Participation in emergency on‑call rotation required
- Must be available to assist facilities during evenings, weekends, and off‑hours emergencies when needed
