OverviewAre you someone who enjoys working with your hands, learning new skills, and solving mechanical problems? As a Maintenance Technician Associate, you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to help keep equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently.

A Day in the LifeNo two days are exactly the same. You may begin your shift performing equipment inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, or assisting with repairs throughout the facility. You'll work closely with experienced technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues, replace worn components, maintain tools and equipment, and help ensure machinery is running safely and efficiently. Every day offers opportunities to learn new skills and build your maintenance knowledge.
WhatYou'll Do
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Support troubleshooting and repair efforts on equipment and facility systems.
- Replace basic components such as belts, filters, fittings, fuses, and other wear items.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform basic repairs and adjustments.
- Document completed work, repairs, and inspections using maintenance tracking systems.
- Maintain organized work areas, tools, parts, and equipment.
- Follow maintenance schedules and support effort to reduce equipment downtime.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while working in an industrial environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or maintenance-related systems.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.
- Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical certification or coursework in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or a related field.
- Previous maintenance, manufacturing, construction, or mechanical experience.
