RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep the interior and exterior common areas clean and safe on site. You will perform custodial duties, assist in grounds work, basic landscaping, make-ready preparations, and support pool maintenance, with after-hours on-call duties as needed.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 1 year in maintenance or related trades, including drywall, carpentry, and make-ready tasks.
