General Laborer / Cleaning Technician
Pew Pew Guru LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to support vacant-house turnover and property preparation projects.
Duties- Perform detailed cleaning of vacant homes
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and fixtures
- Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials
- Assist with moving supplies and light maintenance tasks
- Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely
- Follow work orders and supervisor instructions
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working on your feet
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation preferred
Previous experience in janitorial services, residential cleaning, apartment turnover, construction cleanup, property maintenance, or general labor is preferred but not required.
We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, follow instructions, and help complete properties safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
