Main Street Housing, Inc is a non‑profit organization that creates and manages quality, affordable and independent rental housing for individuals and families living with psychiatric disabilities.

• Working knowledge, skills, and tools for drywall repair, light construction, interior and exterior painting, with ability to be certified for Lead Paint Maintenance & Repainting.
• Working knowledge, skills, and tools to fix common plumbing, electrical, with ability to coordinate with other vendors and technicians as needed.
• Ability to perform manual labor under a variety of conditions, to maintain safety for self and others.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with frequent travel, and to be on call as needed. (Location range of properties on the Eastern Shore.)
• 1+ years handyman/maintenance experience and HS Diploma or GED.
• Own vehicle with insurance, and able to pass a background check.
• Positive attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Personally uses or has used mental health services at some point in their life.
