Facilities Maintenance Technician

Eurofins Agroscience Services is searching for a Facilities Technician to work with our Operations team in Easton, MD.

• Performs general maintenance of buildings
• Maintains storage (organize and inventory), ensures equipment/supplies are available and in good working order
• Set up rooms and test units for studies; provide basic repairs to laboratory test systems
• May handle regulated materials, potential biohazard materials, and toxic chemicals using proper labeling and dilution
• Perform grounds maintenance including, but not limited to, mowing, removal of leaves, landscape maintenance, snow and ice removal, maintenance of driveways and parking areas
• Completes cleaning, maintenance, and assigned tasks as directed by supervisor
• Communicates effectively and regularly with supervisor regarding timelines, project completion, and any issues that may arise
• Completes documentation legibly, timely, and accurately according to all regulatory requirements
• Maintains and completes equipment logbooks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Solid organizational skills.
• Good customer service.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Easton, MD are encouraged to apply.
