Daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areas;
Major refinishing of floors using equipment;
Use cleaning equipment including 20" rotos, high speed burnishers, automatic floor machines, commercial vacuums, 24 oz. wet mops;
Perform periodic cleaning tasks as needed;
Maintain sanitation and safety standards
