Sun Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities. You will handle home/building repairs, grounds care, and upkeep of facilities, streets, and utility systems while delivering excellent resident service.
Responsibilities include minor repairs, irrigation and water system checks, snow removal, lawn care, and ensuring curb appeal. You will work with other teams and may supervise contractors to keep properties in top condition.
