Inspects, tests, maintains, installs, repairs, and modifies systems, equipment and structure within the hospital;
Performs preventive maintenance on systems, equipment, and structure;
Coordinates with supervisor and management personnel to establish and modify preventive maintenance routines;
Communicates with nursing staff and other staff to ensure optimum patient care and business environment;
Ensures code compliance and reports violations to supervisory personnel
