Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including both interior and exterior areas;
Replace light bulbs, air filters, and damaged ceiling tiles to ensure proper lighting and air quality;
Operate floor scrubbers and other facility cleaning equipment to maintain clean floors and common areas;
Salt and shovel walkways during snow, ice, or other inclement weather conditions to maintain safe access;
Perform basic and light plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks or replacing simple components
