Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including both interior and exterior areas;
Replace light bulbs, air filters, and damaged ceiling tiles to ensure proper lighting and air quality;
Inspect and maintain emergency equipment regularly to ensure readiness and compliance with safety standards;
Operate floor scrubbers and other facility cleaning equipment to maintain clean floors and common areas;
Clean windows and maintain the appearance of facility grounds and common spaces
