• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience estimating residential and light commercial projects
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with estimation software (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to travel within the Eau Claire area (60-minute radius)
• Willingness to work at least two weekends a month (or more if desired)
• A clean background check and a commitment to ethical standards
