Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance team in our Wisconsin communities. The role ensures the facility, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and visually appealing while delivering exceptional service to residents, visitors, and staff.
You will implement preventive maintenance programs, supervise staff, maintain interiors and exteriors, prep apartments for move-ins, oversee fire safety, inspect for hazards, and respond to emergencies.
