As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the entire property.

The pay rate for this job is $18.75 - $18.75 / hour*

1st Shift (Day)

• Pick up trash around the property
• Ensure that no trash is mixed with recycling materials
• Maintain general cleanliness and trash collection throughout the property

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
• Must be able to walk for the entire shift
• Must be comfortable walking up inclines and down declines for the entire shift
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and lift for the entire shift
• Background check and drug screening required
