We’re supporting a long-time client with a key leadership search in the food manufacturing sector offering an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Maintenance Manager about 10 minutes south of Kenosha, WI.
This hands‑on leadership role oversees all maintenance operations including, driving uptime, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and departmental KPIs. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical knowledge, food manufacturing experience, and a leadership style that’s both coaching‑oriented and execution‑driven.
Bakery experience will be beneficial for anyone considering this position.
- Bakery experience strongly preferred, food mfr. required
- Strong electrical & CMMS background (CAMS/SAP)
