Pay$30 - $33 per hour
Hours16 - 20 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation required
RequirementsBackground check clearance required.
ResponsibilitiesRefurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy and provide general maintenance services including repairs, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. Provide and use your own basic tools.
Qualifications1 to 3 years of maintenance experience, positive attitude, strong work ethic. Must communicate in English, have basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and obtain a Boilers license within 90 days of employment.
