Salary Range: $25.00 To $30.00 Hourly

Position Summary:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced property/building maintenance technician for a community association located in the Twin Cities.

• Two years of maintenance experience, preferably in a condominium or apartment building environment.
• Experience with planning and follow-through of seasonal duties.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete repairs/tasks.
• Maintenance skills associated with the upkeep of building interiors and exteriors (e.g., replacing light bulbs, painting, watering lawns, picking up and emptying trash, repairing/tightening railings, small appliance repairs, filling water softeners).
• Assist Association Management staff as necessary.
• Mindful of surroundings and instinct to respond to needs without instruction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.
• Ability to understand and utilize software systems to receive, track, update and close assigned work orders.
• CPO license preferred (not required).
• Boiler license preferred (not required).

• Consistent walking and standing are required.
• Consistent monitoring of email, texts, and phone calls during work hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move and stand on a ladder.
