EmergencyMD is seeking a Part-Time Caretaker to maintain our apartment communities in Eden Prairie and St. Louis Park, Minnesota. This role allows for a flexible schedule while ensuring the property is kept clean and welcoming.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to work independently and communicate well with the Property Manager. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, light grounds work, and snow shoveling as needed.
