Respond to requests for service promptly and interact courteously with staff, patients, and visitors;
Perform repairs to beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs; troubleshoot HVAC, Plumbing, Medical Gas, Mechanical, and Electrical systems;
Read and interpret drawings and manuals to troubleshoot problems;
Document all work by completing maintenance logs, work orders, and in-service records;
Assist in snow removal and support other trades as assigned
