Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our senior cooperative team at 7500 York in Edina, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor for the overall maintenance of the building.

This maintenance schedule includes:

• 80 hours ever two weeks
• Full time, Day shift
• No Weekends

• Performs routine maintenance duties
• Performs general repairs
• Performs other duties as assigned and directed
• On-Call for Maintenance emergencies

• One to three years of previous experience
• Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Drivers License

• Vocational School Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
• Three to five years of previous experience
• Bobcat Certification with Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
