Maintenance Technician

Environmental Services Technician

Full Time – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

$20–$23 per hour

• Assist the housekeeping team
• Assist with grounds and building maintenance projects
• Assist with furniture movement for community event set‑up and tear‑down
• Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders are completed on a timely and thorough basis, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, furniture and equipment repairs, trash pickup, keeping common areas neat, sweeping walks and curbs, watering lawn, trees, shrubs, flowerbeds, shoveling walks, sanding and salting icy areas
• Perform other related work activities as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry or a senior living community
• Experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, and painting projects strongly preferred
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to walk, climb stairs, bend and squat
• Able to withstand external weather conditions
