Gov First is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to work on commercial office cleaning operations in Edinburg, VA.

• Clean and maintain office buildings and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and work spaces.
• Perform floor care duties, including buffing and polishing floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial janitorial or office cleaning experience required.
• Experience with mopping, floor cleaning, and floor buffing required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Must be able to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Routine performance evaluation based on quality of work and reliability.
