Maintenance Worker- Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Title:

Maintenance Worker

Salary Range: $16.00 to $23.00

• Daily physical plant rounds and inspection of the facility for issues to be repaired.
• Perform preventive maintenance rounds of the physical plant.
• Minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs, including painting.
• Check maintenance request logs at minimum 3 times a day and make appropriate corrections.
• Assist with furniture moves, equipment repairs, and problem solving as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to improve the quality of residents' living quarters.
• Assist the Maintenance Director with special projects and overall system function.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related on‑the‑job experience.
• Preferred 1 year of construction or professional trade experience.
• Experience with multiple hand and power tools.
