Monitor critical power, cooling/environmental, security & support systems to meet or exceed up-time service levels;
Perform limited maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of data center heating and cooling systems;
Monitor, resolve and update all assigned service tickets using IMDC’s ticketing system;
Take daily operational readings of mechanical and electrical equipment and inspect buildings, grounds, and all equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning operation;
Identify issues and take steps to resolve them; assist with service delivery tasks when needed
