Sun Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities in New Jersey. You will maintain homes, facilities, grounds, and utility systems while providing excellent resident service.
Responsibilities include cleaning, minor repairs, irrigation checks, snow removal where applicable, and coordinating with contractors. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required; outdoor work is common.
