Monitor safety procedures and environment compliance while performing work;
Monitor critical power, cooling/environmental, security and support systems to meet or exceed up-time service levels;
Perform limited maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of data center heating and cooling systems and overall facility;
Monitor, resolve and update all assigned service tickets using the ticketing system;
Take daily operational readings of mechanical and electrical equipment and inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning operation
