Maintenance Custodian Associate

Overview

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club. You will help shape a member’s shopping experience by keeping a well-kept environment, including parking lots, restrooms, and floors. This role involves being on your feet and moving about during the shift, while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure a great member experience.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Cleans all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment per company procedures.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate/store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish stock when low.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
