Maintain and repair the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence;
Complete and document work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipment;
Follow troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs;
Assist the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors;
Communicate effectively with residents and staff
