As a House Cleaning Specialist, you'll provide exceptional cleaning services in customer homes using our proven Speedy and Spotless System. You'll travel between job sites in your own well-maintained vehicle and play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. All training, equipment, supplies, and uniforms are provided.

• Travel to assigned homes using your personal vehicle
• Perform high-quality cleaning services according to company standards
• Use our scheduling app to manage jobs and track hours
• Visit local office weekly to drop off soiled towels and resupply
• Maintain proper insurance and vehicle standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and perform follow-up work corrections within 24 hours, if needed
• Maintain reliability, consistency, and clear communication with manager

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Love for cleaning and helping others
• Love for all pets (Dogs, Cats)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, insured personal vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Smartphone for scheduling app use

• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience

• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to represent the brand professionally
