Welcome to Wheels Up! We are a brand-new Burgers & BBQ restaurant located at the Edmonton International Airport. With a focus on serving delicious, high-quality comfort food, we’re excited to offer travelers and locals a great experience while they enjoy our mouthwatering menu. We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Servers. If you’re passionate about food and customer service, this is the place for you!

Location: Edmonton International Airport (EIA), Edmonton, AB

Position: Cashier/Server

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Take orders and accurately input them into the point-of-sale system.
• Process payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
• Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring the restaurant is fully stocked throughout the day.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent team player with a passion for providing great customer service.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak airport traffic times.
