We are looking for experienced safety-minded climbers and operators to join our team. This is not a gig, it is a carrer with steady hours, top of the market pay/benefits, and consistent opportunities for growth.

Free workday snacks and beverages A friendly, fun, & hard working culture What Youll Need:2+ years experience in residential or commercial tree care Experience performing tree pruning and removals to ANSI A300 standards
Experience using chainsaws, climbing equipment, mechanical advantage, pulleys and ropes
Experience adhering to ANSI Z133 safety standards Willingness to learn & grow your skills over time Ability to work closely, collaboratively, and safely with a small team Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team Valid drivers license
What Will Set You Apart:
Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
ISA certification(s)
Experience operating grapple trucks Experience operating aerial lifts (dino lift, nifty lift, etc)
Experience operating grapple saws/cranes Experience operating forwarding machines (ditch witch, giant, avant, etc)
Strong tree and shrub IDAbility to perform general tool maintenance (chainsaws, blowers, etc)
Ability to perform general vehicle maintenance (lifts, trucks, cranes, etc)
