Service Technician – Upcoming RBM Properties
Join a team you'll actually enjoy working with! RBM Partners is looking for a dependable and motivated Service Technician's to help maintain and improve our growing community. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a supportive team, build new skills, and be part of an exciting property transformation.

What You'll Do- Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns in a timely manner
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs for the property
- Communicate daily with the Service Manager and Community Manager regarding property needs, resident concerns, and repair solutions
- Ensure all maintenance tasks meet quality and safety standards
- Help maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Perform general grounds upkeep, trash removal, and property inspections
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the community—inside and out
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members
- Use App Folio to track work orders and manage communication
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and vendors to complete projects efficiently
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders while carrying equipment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
