• Completes daily task list to company specified standards
• Responsible for electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
• Performs maintenance of all equipment, tools and machinery
• Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance program
• Maintains pool chemical balance, pool cleaning and maintenance
• Completes minor landscaping projects including planting, pruning, trimming and weeding
• Performs minor irrigation repairs
• Waters plants and removes undesirable landscaping
• Operates mechanical equipment including lawn mower, weedwacker, hedge trimmer and blower
• Assists with events set-up
• Assists with housekeeping and janitorial duties
• Assists in cleaning RV pads
• Completes painting projects as needed
• Performs resort inspections
• Must have friendly customer-service oriented demeanor

• Must be available on weekends and on holidays
• Involves heavy lifting, digging and carrying equipment
• Knowledge of operation of landscaping, electrical and mechanical hand tools
• Has a working knowledge of plants, soils, pest and weed control
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Work with minimum supervision
