Job Purpose:

Entry Level position that will provide on the job training with the goal to progress to a Slot Technician ll. Skills developed will include guest service, electrical repair, troubleshooting, relocating slot machines, installing, set up, and perform preventive maintenance on slot machines. Identify standard slot manufacturers and models in the industry.

Performspreventativemaintenanceonslotmachinesbycleaningslotmachinesandpartsinternallyandexternally.

Checking,tightening,andreplacingdoorlocks,hingesandhardwareasneeded.

Checkingandchanginglightsandswitchesasneeded,checkingandreplacingfuses.

Ensuresthesatisfactoryexternalappearanceofslotmachinesbyinspecting,documenting,andreportingdefectiveoutermachinesectionsorpartstothe

Technician

Supervisor.

Cleaningmachineglass,cabinets,pedestals.

Documenting all activitiesintheEGMhistory Logbookandcompletinganyrequiredforms

Install/Removal ofslotmachinesbymovingandremovingslotmachinesaccordingtoinstructions,connectingcommunicationlines,andinstallinggameparts

Assistswithfloorservicecallsbyansweringservicecalls,navigatingthroughrecallhistory,pay lines, and payouts,diagnosingroutinemachinemalfunctions,performingminorrepairsofbill acceptors, printers,and sentinels. Adjustingtouchscreensasneeded,andsettinggameoptionsunderclosesupervisionwhenassignedtoshadowa

Technician II.

Assist during the daily dropby clearing EGM errors, repairing broken locks, and securing EGM doors.
