The Maintenance Supervisorwillprimarilylead the system and equipment maintenance efforts for the Savage Coal/Sulphur Operation in El Dorado, KS; including the organizing of maintenance team members, ensuring the Computerized Maintenance Management System is utilized properly andkept up-to-dateand ensure the facility’s maintenance work is completed timely, efficiently and safely.

What you’ll be doing:
- Provideleadershiptothemaintenanceteamofmechanicsandoperators on maintenance activities.
- Supervisedailymaintenanceactivities.
- Developandleadpreventativemaintenancepracticesforthefacility.
- Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ensureallworkisperformedincompliancewithregulatoryrequirements
- Leadin Safetyandensuresteammembersfollowpropersafetyrules,maintenanceandoperating procedures.
- Managesparepartsinventoryandensurethatnecessaryamountsofinventoryareinstocktoreduce anydelaysorfailures.
- Overseedailyinspectionsandmaintenanceaudits.
- Ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with Team Members and Customers
- Plan work and repairs – from bidding and cost estimation, schedule development, through execution
- Evaluate, select and manage outside contractors – by setting expectations, adhering to company and customer requirements, and hold our partners accountable

- Education/
Experience: - Five(5) years’ experienceworkingin plant operations industrial facility environment
- Experienceapplyingsafetyregulationsandwrittenprocedureswithinarefineryorchemicalplant
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Physical Requirements:
- This role will require standing or for extended period of time and walk long distances throughout the day
- Navigatingthefacilitywillinclude,butisnotlimitedto,exposuretoharshweatherconditions, unevenground,ladders,racksandotherhighplaces,groundthatcanbeslick,icyoruneven, andotherindustrialhazards
- Becausewearea
24/7operation,thissupervisormaybecalledoutatnighttoassistwithcritical service problems - Minimaltravel,butwillincludebothairandroadtravel
- Mustbecomfortableworkinginanofficeenvironmentattimes,workingwithacomputerandsittingfor longerperiodsoftime
